With a total of €16 million in federal funding, TUM: Agenda Lehre is scheduled to run five years. In the spring of 2011, TUM was selected by the German Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) as one of the beneficiaries of Qualitätspakts Lehre, a grant aiming to optimize the conditions for studying in Germany. Launched during the winter semester of 2011/2012, the Agenda Lehre program entails numerous measures that will make a lasting contribution to the enhancement of teaching and learning at TUM. More
A comprehensive project that touches upon all aspects of TUM's strategic orientation, TUM: Lehre im Fokus is developing a unified, coherent plan for advancing excellence in teaching and learning at TUM. This program is backed by the Stifter¬verband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft (Donors' Association for the Promotion of Humanities and Sciences) and the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education in Germany (KMK), as part of the Exzellente Lehre competition.
